Each person takes time to create a "vision"- through creating a concept map, drawing, bullets points, thinking maps, t-charts, graphic organizer, a simple vision statement, a letter of recommendation for self that defines their vision. This vision will be revisited and may or may not change for the candidate when they leave. This could be an activity leading into lunch.
